摘要
在对企业国际化影响因素文献回顾的基础上,结合治理结构等理论,提出了董事和高管薪酬对中国企业国际成长影响的相关假设,然后运用电子信息百强上市公司相关数据对假设进行检验后发现,董事薪酬与中国企业国际成长负相关;高管薪酬与中国企业国际成长正相关。
This paper propose relative assumptions of the influence of top team and board compensation on the Chinese corporation ' s internationalization growth on the basis of reviewing literature about internationalization and government structure. And then test these assumptions through the data from the 100 top listed companies in electronic and information industry.
