摘要
G蛋白是一类重要的信号跨膜转导蛋白分子,处于信号转导网络的枢纽地位。通过对G蛋白生物活性及其与疾病关联的研究,以及在某些疾病中针刺对G蛋白的影响,探讨针刺调节作用与G蛋白信号跨膜转导调控的相关性,并为临床针刺治疗疾病及机制研究提供新的思路。
G-protein is an important transmembrane signal transduction protein member in signal transduetion network. This article through the biology activity of G protein and its association with diseases, as well as the influence of acupuncture on the G protein in certain diseases, to discussess the relevance between acupuncture and G protein signaling transmembrane.
