壳聚糖脱乙酰度检测方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对目前测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度(DD)的几种常用的方法进行了实际操作,对于不同的方法,总结出了其相对的优缺点。酸碱滴定法,是比较传统的检测方法,操作简单,应用广泛,但是重复性不好。企业里多采用PVSK胶体滴定法,此法比较稳定,重复性较好,但是误差较大。通过实践,发现改良的电位滴定法即线性电位滴定法有比较好的重复性和准确性。 Commonly methods for detection of D.D were practiced. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were summarized. As a traditional testing method, acid-base titration method is easy to testing and used widely, but its repeatability is not good. PVSK method was adopted by t corporation widely for its better stability and repeatability, but it causes too much error. Practice results showed,linear electrictitration method has fine repeatability and accuracy.
