摘要
本文报道了从猪血制备的复合氨基酸中分离和纯化 L - Pro、L - Phe、L - Tyr、L - His、-L- L ys和 L- Arg的系统分离法 ,平均收率分别为 80 .965%、4 7.0 0 %、58.4 6%、72 .0 2 %、4 1.65%和 36.2 %。除去 L- Pro和 L- His外 ,其它四种 L- Amin
The paper presents a new systematic separation method to separate and parify L Pro,L Phe,L Tyr,L His,L Lys and L Arg. The average yields of these L amino acids are differentially 80.96%,47.00%,58.46%,72.02%,41.65% and 36.20%. Except L Pro and L His, other four L amino acids are one spot in two way paper chromatograpy.
