摘要
对枣果实采收前的处理、采收期的选择以及低温条件下不同保鲜剂贮藏方法进行简述,并且提出了目前枣果实鲜贮研究重点和方向。
In this paper, the management before storage and storage technology under low temperature were summarized, and research focus and direction about the current storage work of fresh jujube brought up.
