齿形顶出器注射成型模拟研究

摘要 对齿形顶出器注射成型过程进行了数值模拟,探讨了非薄壁塑件在充模模拟过程中需要注意的问题。通过分析不同的几何建模方法及网格模型等对塑件模拟结果的影响,得出了适合于局部厚度变化较大塑件的CAD建模方法。 The injection molding process of a tooth shape ejection device was studied based on numerical simulation and experiments. Some key points related to the filling simulation of non-thin walled plastic parts were discussed. The effects of various geometric modeling approaches and grid models on the accuracy of injection molding simulation results were analyzed. A CAD modeling method suitable for plastic parts with a sharp change in thickness was obtained; and a 3D grid model is proved to be more suitable to the injection molding simulation of non-thin walled plastic parts.
