冠状动脉介入术对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮生长因子的影响 被引量:2

Influence of percutenous coronary intervention on the serum VEGF in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨冠状动脉介入术对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法:96例2型糖尿病患者,依据冠状动脉造影结果分为合并冠心病组和冠状动脉正常组,分别于冠状动脉介入治疗术前、后<24 h静脉采血,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定血管内皮生长因子水平,并对血管内皮生长因子与冠状动脉病变程度及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前后变化作相关分析。结果:合并冠心病组血管内皮生长因子水平高于冠状动脉正常组(P<0.05);随冠状动脉病变支数增加,血管内皮生长因子水平增高(P<0.05);冠状动脉介入治疗术后冠状动脉完全重建者血管内皮生长因子水平下降(P<0.05),冠状动脉部分重建者高于术前(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随着冠状动脉病变支数增加,血清血管内皮生长因子水平明显升高。监测2型糖尿病患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平,对预测其冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度有一定意义。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between VEGF level and severity of coronary arterial lesion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety-six patients were divided into group complicated with coronary heart disease and group not complicated with coronary heart disease. The venous blood samples were obtained 24 hours before and after percutenous coronary intervention. The serum VEGF levels were determined with ELISA. A correlation analysis was done in VEGF and degrees of coronary artery lesion before and after percutenous coronary intervention. Results The VEGF level was significantly higher in group completed with coronary heart disease than that not complicated with coronary heart disease. VEGF levels increased with the increase of number of vessel lesion. VEGF level was lower greatly in completly revessalized vessels, and higher in acute occlusion vessels after percutenous coronary intervention. Conclusion High level of VEGF is associated with the increase of number of coronary artery lesion in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Serum VEGF level plays an important role in predicting the severity of coronary artherosclerosis in patients with type 2 d abetes mellitus.
