消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血胃镜下治疗临床分析 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血的病因和治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析309例经胃镜下治疗的消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血患者临床资料。结果:消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血发病率男性高于女性。本组309例资料中治愈293例,治愈率为94.82%。未愈16例中,7例好转但未达到治愈标准,6例转外科治疗,3例转外院治疗。结论:胃镜下治疗是治疗消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血的简便、有效、费用低廉的首选方法,对再出血者可重复治疗。
