电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定慢性肾炎患者血清中的微量元素 被引量:5

摘要 目的:微量元素与人体的健康密切相关。人体内微量元素的变化常常会反映出某种疾病的状态。肾病则是人体健康的杀手之一。探讨微量元素和慢性肾炎的关系。方法:快速电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS),同时测定血清中多个微量元素。样品加5mL浓硝酸经微波消化系统消解后可直接分析。结果:Na、K等微量元素在慢性肾炎发生时与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而A l、Fe、Zn等则低于正常(P<0.05)。结论:根据肾病患者血清中微量元素的含量变化情况,可以为临床中肾病的治疗提供一定的指导。 Objective:Trace elements and is closely related to human health. Trace elements in the human body often reflect the status of a disease. Nephropathy is one of the killers of human health. Discuss the relation of trace element and glomerular nephritis. Methods:A rapid inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP - MS) was developed to simultaneously determine many trace elements in blood serum samples. Samples were analyzed directly following an acid digestion with 5ml of conc. HNO3 by the microwave digestion system. Results:The analytical data determined with semiquantitative analysis mode were obtained over a wide range, and the contents of Na, Al, Zn were higher than that of normal group, simultaneously, K, Fe is lower compared with it. Conclusion:According to kidney patients in the trace element content ,for the clinical treatment of nephropathy provide some guidance.
