概述了中国温泉旅游发展的现状及存在的问题,提出集约化发展温泉旅游的内涵,具体包括"五集一制",即要素集约利用、温泉产业集群、温泉文化集聚、温泉人才集合、温泉权益集中保护以及行政权力制衡。
The author analyzes domestic hot spring tourism current situations and existing problems,gives the connotation of intensifying development of hot spring tourism, it is refers to intensive use of resources, hot spring industry cluster development,concentrate protect the rights and interests of residents ,gather hot spring culture ,collect hot spring personnel,administration balances.
