摘要
为了寻求实现冬小麦优质高产的适宜水分指标,采用盆栽方式通过在小麦生育关键期(拔节期、灌浆期)设计不同的水分胁迫处理,研究了水分胁迫对冬小麦产量和部分品质性状的影响。结果表明,灌浆期重度干旱可明显提高小麦部分品质指标,蛋白质、氨基酸含量分别较对照增加37.3%、37.6%;拔节期水分胁迫对有效穗数、穗粒数及产量影响大,而对千粒重影响最敏感的时期是灌浆期;灌浆期土壤相对含水量控制在65%~75%之间可使小麦节水高产,控制在45%~55%之间可实现节水、高产、优质三者的协调统一。
Potted experiments were carried out to study the effect of different water stresses on the yield and quality of winter wheat at the jointing and filling stage, and to seek the suitable soil moisture index of achieving high yield of wheat, which providing reference for the wheat production in farmland. The result showed that compared to CK treatment, heavy water stress at grain filling stage could improve the grain quality of wheat, and its protein content and amino acids increased by 37.3% and 37.6%, respectively. The number of fertile spike per pot, grain number per spike and grain yield were heavily affected when the water stress occurred at jointing stage, and 1000-grain weight was most sensitive to the water stress at filling stage. Under 65%-75% of relative soil moisture at the filling stage, the high yield of winter wheat can be achieved and water saved, as well as the harmonious unification of high yield , water saving and high quality can be promoted as 45%-55 % of relative soil moisture being kept at the filling stage.
