摘要
在全球范围内,企业并购过程中文化冲突不断,我国企业跨国并购的实践也不例外。中国企业文化具有典型的中国传统文化特色,中国企业在跨国并购中面临着明显的中西文化差异与强烈的文化冲突。所以,要深入了解并正视我国企业文化的特点及中西方企业文化的差异与冲突的具体表现,建立融合各方之长的新型企业文化,进行跨文化管理培训来管理我国企业跨国并购中的文化冲突。
Globally, there are cultural conflicts one after another in mergers and acquisitions of the enterprises. The practice of Chinese Enterprises of cross-border M&A is of no exception. Chinese enterprise culture is typically characterized by Chinese traditional culture. Chinese enterprises face the obvious cultural differences and strong cultural conflicts in the process of cross-border M&A. Therefore we should better understand and face the characteristics of Chinese enterprise culture and the differences and conflicts between Chinese enterprise culture and the Western one, build new corporate culture combine based upon the merits of each sides and receive cross culture training for the management of culture conflicts in cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises.
