摘要
人才创新能力的培养是当今教学改革的核心问题,也是培养高素质人才的重要标志之一。结合通信工程专业的课程设置、课程改革等情况,提出了教学改革的设想和方案、人才创新能力培养的计划和具体措施,分析了通信专业人才培养目标,针对教学改革中教学计划、教学方法改革以及实践教学环节等方面提出了建议。
Cultivation of innovation ability is the focus of teaching reform and also one of the important markers for high-quality professionals. This article advances some ideas and designs for teaching reform according to communication engineering＇s courses set and the courses reform, and analysises the goal of the communication engineering according to the plan for training innovation ability and the specific measures, and also gives advice according to the teaching plan, teaching methods, and the practice education of the teaching reform.
