摘要
Mechanism模块是Pro/E软件的一个运动仿真模块,提供了一种可以实现零件在装配路径上进行连续运动的仿真方法,能实时检测和改进产品。本研究利用Pro/E自行设计高浓水力碎浆机转子、槽体等零件,通过约束条件装配水力碎浆机,并定义伺服电机驱动碎浆机运动过程仿真,分析机构运动轨迹、位移以及进行实时干涉检测,优化设计方案。
Mechanism module is one motion module of the Pro/E which can realize the motion simulation for parts to move along the assembly path continuously, it can detect and improve product at the same time. The high concentration pulper rotor, tank parts, with Pro/E were designed. The hydraulic pulper was assembled through the constraints. The definition of the motion simulation of servo motor driving pulper was carried out to analyze trajectory, displacement, as well as real-time detection of interference and the design was optimized.
