经济学为什么和怎样研究制度——关于制度经济学研究对象、目的和一般理论框架的梳理 被引量:16

摘要 作为经济学的重要分支之一,制度经济学的内容繁杂、研究方法和研究视角多元、学习和研究者难以从总体上把握和理解,因此,进一步理清制度经济学的研究对象、目的和一般理论框架,对于制度经济学的完善和创新很有必要。制度经济学的研究对象是制度本身的产生、演变及其与经济活动(经济增长、收入分配、经济主体的行为等)的关系。研究对象由相互联系的两个方面构成:一是制度本身是怎样产生、演变的;二是制度及其变化与经济主体行为、经济增长、收入分配等的相关性。制度经济学的研究目的不等于研究对象,目的是价值取向问题,不同的制度经济学流派或经济学家有不同的、具体的研究目的。制度经济学的一般理论框架中包括的主要内容有:制度起源理论、制度比较与选择理论、制度变迁理论、企业理论、制度及其变迁与经济增长的理论、国家理论和意识形态理论。 In view of the existing situation that learners and researchers fail to thoroughly grasp and understand institutional economics due to its numerous and diverse contents and multiple research methods and perspective. After pondering and arguing, the study object of institutional economics is the come-into-being and changes of institutions as well as its relationship with economic activities such as economic growth, earnings distribution, behaviors of economic agent, etc. The study object insti- tutional economics consists of two aspects., one is how does institution itself come into being and change, the other is the correlation between institution and the behaviors of economic agent, economic growth and earnings distributions, etc. It should be noted that the objective of institutional economics is not equal to the object. Objective involves in value orientation, and it varies among different institu- tional schools. A general theoretical framework of institutional economics mainly includes, theory of institutional origin, theory of institutional comparison and selection, theory of institutional change, firm theory, theory of institutional change and economic growth, state theory, and theory of ideology.
