摘要
介绍桥面移动塔吊施工工法,该工法采用移动塔吊与移动模架联合施工。移动塔吊在移动模架后方,通过移动塔吊实现材料设备转运和吊装就位。该工法适用于预应力连续梁和连续刚构的施工,在材料设备转运及布置方面不受山区、高墩等地形和桥型条件的限制,桥面移动塔吊施工工法是对挂篮悬浇连续刚构、移动模架逐跨施工连续梁桥等技术的完善和补充,提高了机械作业效率,可实现连续刚构及连续梁桥的规范化和标准化,具很较好的经济效益。
The construction technique of bridge deck mobile tower crane was introduced in this paper. Mobile tower crane and movable scaffolding equipment were applied in this method. The mobile scaffolding equipment was followed by mobile tower crane through which material and equipment were transported and hoisted in position. This technique can be used in construction prestressed continuous beam bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge. There are not limitation of topography and bridge type in transportation and arrangement of equipment and material. The mechanical operation efficiency are improved and nor-malization and standardization construction are implemented by the method.
