摘要
采用有限元分析方法对吹瓶机吹塑PET瓶时橡胶密封圈容易出现挤隙现象进行了分析,并重新设计了2种密封结构。有限元模拟分析表明,设计的2种密封结构减小了密封圈在缝隙内的挤出部分,而且能增加接触面积和接触应力。
The faliure reason for the rubber seal ring of plastic bottle-blower which is easy to be extrusted in the mould gap was analyzed based on finite element method, and two kinds of seal rings were designed. The results of finite element simulated analysis show that designed seal rings can decrease extruding zone, increase contact area and contact stress.
