电气石复合材料滤嘴棒成形纸降低卷烟烟气有害成分研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了一种含电气石复合材料的卷烟滤嘴棒成形纸的制备及其对降低卷烟烟气有害成分的影响。利用电气石的热电性、压电性和自极化效应产生的电场效应,可对烟气有害成分中的带电物质进行有效吸附。研究结果表明:采用含电气石复合材料的滤棒成形纸可使烟气焦油降低9.93%,CO降低10.27%,酚类物质降低18.28%,NH3降低16.36%,稠环芳烃苯并[a]芘降低25.55%,NOx降低10.61%,HCN降低17.37%。 Wrap paper containing tourmaline composite materials was made and its effect to decrease the harmful components of tobacco smoke was studied. Tourmaline has the properties of pyroeletricity, piezoelectricity and spontaneous polarization, can form electric field around its particles and the charged particles in tobacco smoke can be effectively absorbed. The results showed that by using the tourmaline-containing wrap paper, the contents of tar and CO can be reduced by 9.93% and 10.27% respectively. Moreover, the harmful components of cigarette smoke such as phenol, NH3, BaP, NOx and HCN can be reduced by 18.28%, 16.36%, 25.55%, 10.61% and 17.37% respectively.
