摘要
由于经济发达地区和经济欠发达地区社会、经济发展的不平衡,造成了高等职业技术教育发展的不平衡。本文根据调查材料,从经费投入、院校布局、办学定位和管理水平、师资队伍建设、办学硬件建设等5个方面对比分析了彼此的差距,并针对这些不平衡的现实,提出了利用"双转移"契机,加速经济欠发达地区高等职业技术教育发展、逐步缩小彼此差距、以至达到全省平衡发展的8条建议。
The imbalance of social and economic development in the economically developed regions and underdeveloped regions resulted in the imbalance of the development of higher vocational and technical education.According to the survey,this article compares and analyzes the gap of the two and concludes the following five aspects including the input of funds,the institution layout,positioning and management of colleges,teaching staff,school construction and other hardware.On the basis of the reality of these imbalances,the author suggests eight recommendations including: making used of the good opportunity of the 'double transfer',accelerating the development of higher vocational and technical education in economically less developed regions,so as to narrow the gap,as well as to achieve balanced development of the province.
