摘要
在模拟悬浮态试验装置上,对磷石膏的分解条件进行了优化,研究了温度、气氛、反应时间、炭粉掺量等影响因素对磷石膏分解的作用规律。得出磷石膏分解的最佳条件为反应温度1150~1180℃,反应时间15~20min,炭粉掺量4%~5%,反应气氛CO%=5%~7%,分压比PCO/PCO2=0.18~0.22。并得到了最优试验结果为分解率97.73%,脱硫率97.20%。
By means of simulating-suspension state experiment devices, research were carried out on optimizing the phosphogypsum decomposition process. The influence of reaction temperature, air atmosphere, recation time and content of carbon black on the process of decomposition rules has been discussed, the test results indicated that the perfect decomposition condition is: reaction temperature, 1150-1180℃; recation time, 15-20min; content of carbon black, 4-5%; reaction air atmosphere,CO%=5%-7% , Pco/Pco2=0. 18-0.22. under this condition, the perfect experiment reslut was conclused: the phosphogypsum decomposition rate and the desulfurization rate can reach 97.73% and 97.20% respectively.
