摘要 以四种不同粒度的石墨经化学法制备可膨胀石墨,通过微波加热及高温加热制备出膨胀石墨。对比研究其膨胀倍数、硫分、灰分及挥发分,结果发现用微波法制备膨胀石墨,其硫分低于高温法制备的膨胀石墨。而对于膨胀容积和挥发分,微波法制备的大鳞片的石墨优于高温法制备的膨胀石墨。实验同时表明相比传统高温膨化法,微波法具有高效和节能的优点。 Four different particle size of expandable graphite were prepared by chemical method. Then expanded graphite were prepared through both the microwave heating and high temperature heating. The expansion volume, sulfur rate, ash rate and volatile rate were compared and studied. The result was found that the sulfur rate of expanded graphite by the microwave heating was lower than that of expanded graphite by high temperature heating. For expansion volume and volatile rate, large scale graphite by microwave was superior to that of graphite by high-temperature. Experiment also showed that compared to traditional high-temperature method, microwave method was efficient and energy saving.
