活性染料染色织物摩擦牢度提升剂应用性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 现有的多种色牢度提升剂虽可较好地提高染色织物的湿摩擦牢度,但会影响织物的综合手感.采用自制的聚氨酯改性有机硅高分子乳液(有机硅高分子乳液能赋予织物柔软手感)处理活性染料染色的深浓色织物,以改善织物的湿摩擦牢度.通过对助剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间的探讨,确定了浸轧法处理染色织物的最佳工艺条件:聚氨酯改性有机硅高分子乳液用量40 g/L、120℃焙烘2 min.经聚氨酯改性有机硅湿摩擦牢度提升剂处理的深浓色织物,其干、湿摩擦牢度得到了明显的提高,而且还能赋予织物柔软、滑爽的手感. Though the present color fastness improver could increase the wet rubbing fastness, it could affect the universal handle of fabric. In the paper, deep color reactive dyed fabrics were treated with self-made polyurethane-modified silicon emulsion to improve the wet rubbing fastness of fabric. Through discussion on the dosage of assistant, curing temperature and time, the optimal process of padding was obtained, polyurethanemodified silicon emulsion 40 g/L of dosage,curing 2 rain at 120℃. The results showed that polyurethane-modified silicon rubbing fastness improver could evidently enhance the dry and wet rubbing fastnesses of deep color fabrics. In addition, it could endow fabric with softness and smoothness.
