摘要
研究了外源一氧化氮对Pb2+1000mg/L胁迫下高羊茅生长及无机离子含量变化的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,单用Pb2+胁迫使高羊茅鲜重、干重、含水量、根系活力和无机离子如NO-3、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Mn2+含量均下降,而其根的丙二醛含量和质膜透性、Pb2+含量均上升;与单用Pb2+胁迫相比,用SNP(Sodium Nitroprusside,NO供体)0.01~1mmol/L处理Pb2+胁迫下高羊茅,其鲜重、干重、含水量、根系活力、无机离子如NO3-、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Mn2+含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,而根的丙二醛含量和质膜透性、Pb2+含量呈相反的变化趋势。综合结果表明,外源NO对Pb2+胁迫下高羊茅生长影响具有剂量效应,适宜浓度能缓解铅毒害,提高耐铅性。
Effects of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) on the growth and some inorganic ions changes of Festuca arundinacea seedlings under Pb^2+ stress (1 000 mg/L) were investigated. The result showed that:in comparison with the control, Pb^2+ stress decreased the fresh weight, dry weight, water content, the root activity, inorganic ions contents such as NO3, K^+ , Na^+ , Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ and Mn^2+, but increased the root MDA content, the root membrane permeability and Pb^2+ content of F. arundinacea seedlings. In comparison with Pb^2+ stress, SNP 0. 01-1 mmol/L made the fresh weight, dry weight, water content, the root activity, the inorganic ions contents of the seedlings under Pb^2+ stress increase first and then decline,and the root MDA content,the root membrane permeability and Pb^2+ content changed in the opposite direction. The results suggested that there was the dose effect of exogenous NO on the seedlings growth under Pb^2+ stress, suitable concentration of NO could matigate lead poison and enhance the lead tolerance of F. arundinacea seedlings.
