摘要
以根癌病生防菌K3为出发菌,经紫外、NTG(N-甲基-N-硝基-N-亚硝基胍)、Co60单因素诱变处理,确定其单因素的最佳诱变时间、剂量,并进行复合诱变研究。实验结果表明,最佳复合诱变组合为紫外线60 s、NTG 500 ug.mL-1和Co60400 GY,复合诱变的突变菌株HC的最大提高值和平均提高值都高于单因素诱变,并获得一株HC提高值为42.8%的突变菌。
This research took Agrabaterium cherry rhizogens K3 as original strain, by means of UV, NTG, Co60 single factor mutation, the optimal mutation time and dose were obtained. Compound mutation studies were also carried out. Experimental results showed that the best compound mutation sequence is UV(60s), NTG(500 ug. mL-1 ) and Co60 400 GY. The maximal and average increasing values of HC by means of compound mutation both are higher than those from single factor mutation, and a mutant bacteria in which the HC has an increasing value of 42.8 % was obtained.
