低架水蒸汽喷射真空泵的结构改进

摘要 低架水蒸汽喷射真空泵在运行过程中,存在由于补给水的水压、流量及蒸汽压的波动,导致引流不畅,水封失效,产生倒流现象。分析实际情况,提出结构改进方案,引入汽、液两相流,对结构改进从理论角度和相关的计算分析其可行性,并通过对实际运行的检测得出,改造后的低架泵,运行中真空稳定,结构简单、可靠性获得较大的提高。 The structure of the low rock steam jet vacuum pump was modified to provide a total solution to the backflow problem, possibly caused by the fluctuations of the feed water, failure of water seal and poor drainage, etc. The strucrural modification was based on the empirical experience, theoretical calculations and trial-and-error experiments. Besides, the model for steam-fluid two-phase flow was introduced. After the modification, the operation characteristics of the low rock steam jet vacuum pump were carefully tested. The results show that the modified pump displays several advantages over the conventional one, such as stable pumping speed, simple structure, and high reliability.
