摘要
高校学生家庭经济贫困的测量方法虽很多,但这些方法由于测量指标过分简单或绝对,使其测量结果偏差较大,尤其是对不同区域、不同时间和对象的贫困变化不能做出预测,因而可能导致资助对象的准确性和公平性存在很大的误差,针对这些问题,应用韦伯的社会分层理论,依据学生的家庭环境、就读高校层次、所在专业和学校表现构建了13个密切相关的指标,并建立了相应的贫困分项指数、贫困指数、贫困级差数、贫困标准等汇总与计算体系.经初步检验,该测量体系所测量的家庭经济困难学生其准确性和公平性得到了较大程度的改善.
There are lots of method to evaluate the poverty of the college students. Because of the simplicity and absoluteness of these measurement indexes, these methods usually lead to many errors, especially people can' t predict the changes of the poverty of those students who are from different districts and to enter the university at different time. Therefore, there have existed a lot of mis- takes about the correctness and equality of the poor students who are subsidized. According to Weber' theory of social stratification, on the basis of family environment, the importance of the majors and universities status, this paper sets up thirteen related indexes and builds the con'esponding system of summation and calculation with poverty fractional index, poverty index, poverty class margin, poverty standards. Through the tentative checks, the equality and the correctness have been improved better.
