摘要
研究了城市设计导则与我国规划管理体系的关系,探索了在当前我国规划管理体系转型期间如何能让城市设计导则与规划管理体系紧密结合,使得城市建设进入良性循环的问题。
This paper studies the relationship between the urban design guideline and our country＇s planning management system, and probes into the problem of how to make the urban design guideline connect closely with the planning management system in the transformation period of our country＇ s planning management system in order to make the urban construction enter the virtuous circle.
