摘要
目的对射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛进行临床分析。方法选择1984年4月至2007年9月在我科治疗的3195例患者。患者仰卧位,采用Hartel前入路穿刺法,将射频热凝温度控制在60℃~80℃,治疗4min~8min,采用改良睑粘连术预防治疗射频热凝术后并发症角膜白斑。结果本组患者一次治疗达到疼痛完全缓解及明显缓解者为83.76%;二次治疗达到上述效果者为98%。采用改良睑粘术前后两组病例角膜白斑发生率有显著差异。结论射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。
Objective To analyse clinically the trigeminal neuralgia treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Methods A total of 3195 patients obtained from April 1984 to September 2007 in our department of stomatology. Being in dorsal decubitus, patients received Hartel anterior centesis with the radiofrequency temperature of 60℃ - 80℃, the treatmental schedule was 4 - 8 minutes. The improved blepharon conglutination was adopted to prevent and cure complicating leukoma after radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment. Results Of 3195 patients, 83.76% had complete anetic ache or obvious anetie ache by the first treatment. A total of 98% of patients had the same result after a second treatment. There was obviously different incidence rate of leukoma between the groups before and after the improved blepharon conglutination. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermoeoagulation is an effective and safe treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia. Neuroparalytic keratitis and leukoma can be effeciently prevented by blepharon conglutination.
