摘要
目的:探讨复方苦参注射液(岩舒)对中晚期癌症疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法:总结分析66例晚期癌症合并疼痛患者使用复方苦参注射液治疗的止痛效果和不良反应。结果:显效(CR)15例(22.7%)、有效(PR)22例(33.3%)、无效(NR)29例(43.9%),总有效率(CR+PR)56.1%。1例(1.5%)出现发热寒颤,给予对症处理均好转,未发现其他不良反应。结论:复方苦参注射液治疗癌痛的疗效肯定,不良反应少。
OBJECTIVE： To study the efficacy and side - effects of Compound Matrine Injection for intermediate - advanced stage cancer pain. METHODS： The antalgic effect and side - effects of Compound Matrine Injection in the treatment of 66 patients with intermediate - advanced cancer pain were analyzed. RESULTS： Complete response （CR） was achieved in 15 cases （22.7%）, partial response （PR） in 22 cases （33.3%） and no response in 29 cases （43.9%）. The total response rate （ CR ＋ PR） was 56.1%. 1 case （ 1.5 % ） appeared fever and shivering, which were failed to be recovered with symptomatic treatment. No other adverse reactions were noted. CONCLUSION： Compound Matrine Injection showed confirmed efficacy and good safety for intermediate - advanced stage cancer pain.
