摘要
作为一种新型承重墙体,配筋砌块砌体在"四节一环保"方面具有明显优势。结合汶川地震后四川省什邡市灾后重建的一栋6层住宅建筑,在不改变建筑方案前提下,采用配筋砌块短肢砌体剪力墙进行了施工图设计,通过与采用砖砌体的施工图进行对比分析,得到配筋砌块短肢砌体剪力墙具有增加结构安全性、不增加工程造价、增加有效使用面积等诸多优势。同时,结合灾后重建和抗震设计,提出了室内临时避难所的全新理念。
As a new type of wall material, reinforced block masonry has strong competitiveness in four savings and an environmental protection. Combining with reconstruction of a six-storey post-disaster residential building in Shifang City Sicbuan Province after Wenchuan earthquake, under the premise of architectural program unchanged, authors design the construction plans of reinforced block short-leg masonry shear wall. This paper specifies the advantages of reinforced block masonry structure through comparing with the brick masonry construction plan. It is concluded that the reinforced block short-leg masonry shear wail has advantages such as increasing structural safety and the effective use area with no more investment etc. At the same time, based on post-disaster reconstruction and seismic design, a new concept of temporary indoor shelters is brought forward.
