摘要
在1999年以来扩大招生和高等教育大众化的背景下,中国高校进入了一个新的历史新时期。面对新形势,高校只有坚持以科学发展观为指导,以内涵发展为中心,认真辨清自身方位与特色、着力推进校园文化建设、扎实开展素质教育,才能更好地实现所应担负的社会职能,进而实现自身的健康发展、持续发展。
Since the expansion of enrollment and the popularization of higher learning in 1999, China＇s higher education has come into a new era. Faced with the new situations, colleges and universities have to stick to the Scientific Outlook on Development, focus on intensional development, identify their position and property, promote campus cultural activities and carry out quality education. Only in this way can they perform their due role in society and achieve a healthy and sustainable development.
