摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了纳米Al2O3/Cu基复合材料,研究了不同Al2O3含量对铜基复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的耐磨性能明显优于基体材料,随着Al2O3含量的增加,复合材料的耐磨性能先升高后下降,以Al2O3含量2%为最佳,相对耐磨性为3.13。纯铜的磨损表现为粘着磨损,而复合材料则逐渐转变为磨粒磨损,并伴有一定的氧化磨损。
In this paper, the nano Al2O3 reinforced Cu matrix composites were manufactured by method of copreeipitati on. Then the effect of different Al2O3 content on the friction and wear properties of composites was also researched. The Results show that the wear resistance of the composites is better than matrix material. With the increase of Al2O3 volume proportion, the wear resistance of the composite increases first and then decreases, and the wear resistance is optimum 3. 13, when the Al2O3 volume proportion is 2%. The wear mechanism is adhesive wear for pure copper, whereas it changed to abrasive wear company with slightly oxidative abrasion for Al2O3/Cu composites.
