摘要
血栓病是指血栓栓塞性疾病是由血栓形成和血栓栓塞两种病理过程所引起的疾病。临床非常常见,严重危害公众生命和健康。血栓一旦形成,往往造成不可逆的严重后果,近年来,抗栓治疗得到了迅速发展。新的抗栓药物低分子肝素(速碧林)、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂等不断涌现,疗效优于传统抗栓药物普通肝素、阿司匹林或华法令,并且应用更方便、安全,口服有良好的生物利用度,更少或不用监测是理想的抗栓药物。
