摘要
通过分析指出构建高校教师考核评价体系,必须把握好考核评价标准的统一性与差异性、考核频率与考核周期、定量评价与定性评价、教学与科研、考核创新性与连续性、学校整体发展与教师个体发展的关系,使高校教师评价机制遵循高校发展的客观规律,促进高校快速协调发展。
This article points out that in order to establish an evaluation system of university teachers, the university should grasp the following relationships : unity and difference of evaluation standard, frequency and cycle of evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, teaching and research, creativity and continuity of the evaluation, and the university' s eomprehensive development and teachers' individual development. In this way, the evaluation system of university teachers will follow the objective law of university development and contribute to the university' s rapid and harmonious development.
