摘要
根据现场实际工艺条件,建立弧形小方坯结晶器二维非稳态传热的数学模型;采有限单元法求解温度场;并分析、讨论钢水合碳量、冷却水的流速和温度以及铜壁厚度对温度分布的影响。
In accordance with practical process, twodimensional non-stationary heat-transfer mathematical model of curved billet mould has been established and used to solve its temperature field by FEM. Application of the mathematical model in this thesis has predicted and analyzed the temperature distribution as a function of following variables:carbon content in steel, mould wall thickness,water --cooling velocity and its inlet temperature.
