摘要
采用共蒸发法在一定压强下制备了不同组分的Fex'Cu1-x'颗粒膜,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测其表面形态,根据照片分析测出各小岛颗粒的平均半径r'及颗粒边缘间距δ,由此计算出单位面积上的颗粒数N.基于假设亚稳态Fe/Cu固溶体中所有原子位置都被同一种设想的平均原子S所占据的模型,利用固体与分子电子理论讨论了平均原子的特征参数.导出了粒子脱附激活能的计算公式,计算得到Fe/Cu颗粒膜中(平均原子S)粒子的脱附激活能要比Fe或Cu的扩散激活能大近5倍,粒子脱附激活能数值在3.6162~3.6600eV之间,且随Fe含量增大而增大.
A series of Fex'Cu1-x' granular films have been prepared by using coevaporation method under determinate pressure. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to observe the surface morphology of the Fe/Cu granular films and the number density of the grains are determined. Assuming that the lattice sites are all occupied by a kind of virtual average atom, the desorption energy formula of the average atom is deduced using the solid state and molecular electronic theory. The results show that the desorption energy in Fe/Cu granular film is five times larger than that in the bulk Fe or Cu. Its value is between 3. 616 2 eV to 3.66 eV and increases with increasing Fe content.
