铽-α-萘甲酸-邻菲啰啉三元配合物的抗菌效果 被引量:1

摘要 采用滤纸片法测定了铽-α-萘甲酸-邻菲啰啉三元配合物、铽元素、α-萘甲酸、phen的抗菌性.结果表明:铽-α-萘甲酸-邻菲口罗啉配合物的抑菌性大于配体邻菲啰啉、α-萘甲酸、铽元素;稀土配合物的抗菌性存在浓度效应;配合物对6种测试菌的抑制性顺序为大肠埃希氏菌>酿酒酵母>枯草芽胞杆菌>表皮葡萄球菌>金黄色葡萄球菌>铜绿假单胞杆菌.对铽-α-萘甲酸-邻菲啰啉稀土配合物抑菌谱的研究有助于稀土配合物抑菌机理的探索. The antibacterial effects of Tb-α-NMA-phen, Tb, α-NMA and phen were investigated with paper dish diffusion method. The results showed that the antibacterial effect of the rare earth complex was much better than α-NMA,phen and Tb. There existed a dosage-dependence in the antibacterial effect of the rare earth complex. The antibacterial effect of the rare earth complex on the six strains was in the order as E. coli 〉 S. cerevisiae 〉 B. subtill 〉 S. epidermidis 〉 S. aureus 〉 P. aeruginosa . The research on antibacterial spectrum of RE complex was useful for investigating antibacterial mechanism.
