摘要
对苜蓿中黄酮、生物碱、皂苷、双香豆素、单宁、胰蛋白酶抑制剂、光敏物质和抗维生素等毒性成分及其作用机制进行综述,旨在为合理利用和进一步开发苜蓿资源提供相关参考。
This paper reviews the alfalfa flavonoids, alkaloids , saponins , dicoumarin , dannin , trypsin inhibitor, photosensitizer, antivitamin and other toxic ingredients and their poisoning mechanism. The purpose was to provide basis for the reasonable development and use the alfalfa.
