摘要
文中旨在研究评价轿车悬架耐久性试验载荷谱的优化方法。根据材料的低载强化特性,提出了一种综合考虑强化和损伤效果的无效载荷评价原则;接着对比分析了采用两种不同的无效载荷删除准则对某轿车悬架耐久性试验载荷谱进行处理的结果,包括强化与损伤载荷的保留比例和载荷谱的长度对原载荷谱总体特征的影响;最后据此提出载荷谱优化处理应遵循的原则。
An optimization method of the test load spectra for evaluating durability of car suspension is studied in this paper. Based on the feature of low-load strengthening, an invalid load taking both damage and strengthening effects into consideration;Then the results of evaluation principle is proposed, processing the durability test load spectra for a car suspension as well as the effects of the retaining proportion of damaging and strengthening loads and the duration of load spectrum on the overall features of original load spectrum are comparatively analyzed; Finally some principles to be followed in optimizing load spectrum are given based on above analyses.
