超早期大剂量高压氧对急性颅脑损伤的实验研究 被引量:22

摘要 以大鼠Feeney中度局灶性颅脑损伤模型为对象,以神经功能评分和脑组织含水量为指标,对单次9 h超早期高压氧(HBO)治疗急性颅脑损伤的疗效进行评估,并用HE染色观察脑组织形态学改变。发现HBO治疗后神经功能预后和脑组织含水量明显好于对照组(P<0.05);高压氧治疗组脑组织损伤和细胞肿胀明显减轻。提示HBO单次9 h超早期治疗急性颅脑损伤可以改善神经功能缺损和减轻脑水肿,初步显示了疗效。
