摘要
液体静压轴承具有结构紧凑、承载能力大、运行平稳、使用寿命长、摩擦功耗小等诸多优点,在各种机械中得到广泛应用。本文通过对金刚石框架锯主要锯切运动形式分析,以金刚石框架锯锯框水平滑动机构关键件——轴向运动液体静压轴承为研究对象,结合实际建立了该轴承的结构设计模型,通过润滑机理与性能的系统分析研究,实现了对设计方案的有效验证,并满足实用要求。同时根据轴承的性能冗余,对其进一步的结构优化设计进行了研究。
Compact structure, large carrying capacity, stable operation, long working lifespan and low friction power consumption are the advantages of hydrostatic journal bearing, which is applied widely in diversified mechanical equipment. This paper researched the key part of framework aclinic slide structure on .diamond frame sawing machine ,which is the axially moving hydrostatic journal bearing. The major sawing motion form of diamond frame sawing was analysed. The structure designing model of the bearing according to the practice was established; and by the systemic analysis and research on the lubricating mechanism and performance , the designed scheme was proved out. The results satisfied the demands of practical application.
