环己烷富氧氧化反应器内气相空间危险性研究 被引量:1

Study of the Risks of Gas Phases inside the Reator of Cyclohexane Oxidation with Oxygen-enriched Air

摘要 利用反应器内气相空间爆炸试验及"环己烷-氧-氮"爆炸三元图分析,在160℃,1 MPa工况条件下"环己烷-氧-氮"三元混合气体的LOC值为9.4%,在体积分数为30%富氧氧化工艺条件下,物料分布状况不会超过爆炸极限,其安全性与空气氧化(氧气体积分数为21%)相当. By means of explosion tests of gas phases inside the reactor and the analysis of explosion limit of "cyclohexane-oxygen-nitrogen", the Limited Oxygen Concenlration ( LOC of) "cyclohexane-oxygen-nitrogen" mixture was 160 ℃, and 1MPa was 9.4%. Under the process conditions of oxidation with 30% oxygen, the material distribution did not fall inside the explosion limit, with the same safety as that of air oxidation (21% oxygen content).
