摘要
认知共同体共享的思维逻辑和思想理念有助于达成共同的政策。从认知共同体在国际事务中的作用,结合美国大都市行政联合实践和宁波大都市区案例,以新制度主义、网络理论和治理理论为理论基础,试图将认知共同体这一协作机制延伸至次国家层级,检验认知共同体在国内区域协调中的作用,探讨基于认知共同体的大都市区治理与协调的新型机制。
The shared knowledge logic and conceptual notion of an epistemic community will reach to common policies and promote its practice. This study attempts to extend the literature to domestic level and metropolitan area, through the discussion of epistemic communities＇ role in international cooperation, cases of administrative conjunction in the metropolitan area in U.S.A and Ningbo metropolitan area plan, and theoretical analysis of institutionalism, network theory and governance.
