摘要
基于啮合原理和微分几何的理论,推导了航空弧齿面齿轮啮合传动的齿面方程;通过对齿面方程的计算并利用Pro-E的造型功能,首先建立了该面齿轮的单齿模型,然后在单齿模型的基础上生成了整体模型。
Basing on the theory of the meshing principle and differential coefficient geometry, the face equation for the arc face gear was deduced. Viaing the calculation with the face equation and using the sculpt function of the Pro-E, firstly the single tooth model of the arc face gear was established, and then the whole model of the arc face gear was built based on the single tooth model.
