由高性能马达和旋转导向系统组成的VorteX系统,在对付水平井长段研磨性硬地层钻进或大位移井钻机能力不足的钻探中优势明显。具有大幅度提高机械钻速,改善井下钻头、钻柱和仪器的工作状况,延长钻头、仪器的使用寿命;解决钻机转动能力不足的问题;特别是缓解了套管磨损及裸眼井段中磨损钻杆和仪器问题。在广安和磨溪两口井的使用中,机械钻速提高40%~300%,钻杆和仪器完好无损。文中介绍了斯伦贝谢VorteX系统的组成,技术原理和优势。详细介绍了VorteX技术在广安002-X3-H2和磨溪017-H8井的应用情况,比较全面地阐述了两口井使用的井段、井斜范围、层位、岩性、钻具组合、钻井参数、钻井液性能、钻井简况,对比分析了应用效果,提出了使用中需要改进的技术问题,得出了一些积极的认识。
PD Vortex system,composed of high performance motor and rotary steerable system,has specified advantages in drilling of hard abrasive formation in the long horizontal hole or in the limited rig capacity.It also can improve ROP,and work performance on the bit and downhole meter and tools,and prolong the life of bit and meters,and solve the limited rig capacity,especially,it weaken the casing wear and meters wear between the string and hole.In the application of two wells in Guang an and Moxi gas fields,ROP have been increased by 40%-300%,the drill pipe and the LWD were perfect without any wear while application.This paper showed the components,technical principles and advantages of PD Vortex system.Illuminated the PD Vortex application results on GA002-X3-H2 and MX017-H8 in detail.And the paper introduced intervals,range of inclination,formation status,lithology,BHA,drilling parameters,mud properties,and drilling progress for the two wells completely.Finally,compared analysis with the offset wells has been made on the results,and some improvement for the operation also has been discussed,and some useful conclusion and suggestion have been achieved in the paper.
