摘要
研究并提出了一种基于遗传算法的数控车床智能整体方案优化设计方法,讨论了这种采用多层次结构描述的知识进化算法在数控车床整体方案设计中应用的实现技术,避免了标准遗传算法过早收敛于局部解,给出了数控车床整体方案优化设计实例,为多层次结构产品智能方案设计打下良好的基础。
An intelligent optimization method of the numerical control lathe whole scheme design based on genetic algorithms is presented, and the application method of knowledge evolution algorithm described by hierarchical structures in the numerical control lathe whole scheme design is discussed. Application of the algorithm technology avoided the premature of the standard evolutionary algorithm converging to local solution. The example of a the numerical control lathe whole scheme design optimization is presented, The intelligent design optimization method laid a good foundation for the intelligent scheme design of the hierarchical structures product.
