摘要
为解决加工过程中由于能力不足造成的工序超差,研究了动态公差调整问题,建立了动态公差分配的模型,提出了动态公差调整的算法。根据工序的剩余加工能力调整与超差工序相关的后续工序,在保证加工过程稳健性的前提下,减少公差重新分配调整的工序数目。基于剩余加工能力,以动态调整成本和过程稳健性为目标,基于遗传算法得到目标的最优或次优解,用实例仿真验证了所提出方法的可行性及有效性。
To solve the dynamic adjustment of procedure out-of-tolerance due to lack ot process capability, researched dynamic tolerance arrangement. Established the model, and created an innovative algorithm. According to the process capability, adjusting the related procedures is to reduce the process numbers of reassigning, on promising the process stability. Based on the remaining process capability, focused on the cost, combined with genetic algorithm, using the case simulation proves the feasibility and validity of the method.
