摘要
针对孔深超过1 000m时,原有绳钻设备、机具、工艺、技术无法达到钻探施工的要求。特别是施工中因裂隙、溶洞发育,常会发生涌、漏水严重,泥岩缩径,煤层多,粉煤多,易坍塌等情况。为解决该区钻孔施工难题,研究出绳索取心钻进钻具实行三级配套方案,在施工中采用合理的钻孔结构,用套管隔离不稳定地层,在钻进中运用金钢石钻头,在粉煤取心时选择底喷式(侧喷)金刚石钻头,保证泥浆质量等技术措施,并对不同地层条件下的钻进参数、冲洗液配方和钻进方法进行了介绍。通过大河矿区深部勘探应用实例,证明该方法可有效缩短工期,提高经济效益。
W hen drilling depth is deeper than 1000m, previous wireline drilling equipment, machines and tools, technology, techniques are out of reach to drilling requirement. Especially under developed fractures, caves will cause serious water gushing and leakage, borehole mudstone shrinkage, multiple coal seams, excessive coal fines, coUapsing conditions. To solve drilling construction puzzles, work out w'ireline core drilling tools three level complete sets scheme. Introduced technical measures including using rational borehole configuration, unstable strata casing isolation, diamond bits, select base jet (side jet) diamond bit in fines coring, ensure mud quality etc., introduced drilling parameters under different strata, flushing fluid formula and drilling method. Through instances of Dahe mine area deep part exploration, demonstrated that the scheme can shorten construction time limit effectively, improved economic effectiveness.
