摘要
对用4年生的雷竹竹秆在传统的竹材炭化窑中烧制获得的雷竹炭进行理化性质及其在Hg2+溶液中对Hg2+的吸附性能测试,结果表明:①雷竹炭的水分、灰分、挥发分、固定碳、pH等基本理化性能指标均达到《竹炭》(DB33/T467-2004)要求;②雷竹炭中K、Ca、Na、Mg元素的含量较高,其中钾含量最高,达11 730 mg/kg,Hg、Cd、Cr、Se等重金属未被检出,As、Pb、Co、Ni、Sr等重金属的含量均小于1 mg/kg;③雷竹炭对Hg2+具有较强的吸附性能,吸附率与雷竹炭的粒径,作用时间,HgCl2溶液的pH、浓度,雷竹炭用量,吸附温度等因素有关,在雷竹炭粒径为0.25~0.37 mm,添加量10 mg,处理温度35℃,pH6的条件下,对Hg2+的吸附率在96.0%以上。
Physio-chemical properties of 4-year Phyllostachys praecox cv. prevernalis culm's charcoal and determination of its Hg^2+ absorption showed that physio-chemical properties of the tested charcoal, such as moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon and pH, met the standards of "Bamboo Charcoal" prepared by Provincial Standard of Zhejiang. 24 elements were determined in the tested charcoal, like K, Ca, Na, Mg were very high, especially K, topped 1 1730 mg/kg. While elements of rig, Cd, Cr, Se were not found, but the content of As, Pb, Co, Ni, Sr were lower than lmg/kg. The tested charcoal had strong capacity of Hg^2+ absorption. Absorption rate could top 96% when the test charcoal of 10 mg with particle diameter of 0.25 - 0.37 mm at 35℃, pH of 6 and Hg^2+.
