摘要
高频电源模块的噪声主要来自功率变换和输出整流滤波电路。ZVZCS PWM全桥变换器实现了开关管的软开关,但其输出整流二极管不是工作在软开关状态,输出整流二极管在换流时,变换器的副边存在寄生振荡。本文讨论其产生原因及抑制办法。
Most of noise in high-frequency module comes from the power conversing circuit and output rectifying and filtering circuit. ZVZCS PWM full-bridge converter realizes soft-switching in the switch tube. However, the output rectifying diode is not under a state of soft-switching. When the diode is changing current, the vice side of the converter will have parasitic oscillation. In this paper, we discuss the cause and suppression method of the parasitic oscillation.
